Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once processing or dispatch has begun.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 15–20 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier conditions, but we always aim for the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • U.S.: Free shipping on all orders
  • Europe, Canada, Australia: Standard rates applied at checkout
  • Other destinations: Shipping rates calculated automatically

2️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

KentDO™ Active does not accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect usage, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements apply only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning
  • The item has a verified manufacturing or technical defect
  • An incorrect product was sent due to our error

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos.

Refund & Replacement Options

If approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

In some cases, returning the item may not be required.

How to Request Support

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.
If the package is still missing, contact us and we’ll assist with an investigation.

Wrong or Defective Item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Missing Items

Some orders may ship separately.
Check your tracking details or contact us if you believe something is missing.
